You don’t want chipped and cracked teeth, do you? So, please avoid these habits.
– Not wearing a mouthguard: If you avoid wearing a mouthguard when you participate in high-contact sports and activities, then you make your smile susceptible to oral injury. When you get hit in the face, you can knock out or break your teeth. There are many different kinds of mouthguards available, so wear one!
