Once our dental team has thoroughly evaluated your unique oral health needs, we will provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan estimate. PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and various credit cards, including VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, DISCOVER, and Apple Pay, for seamless transactions. PAYMENT PLANS

We accept two forms of outside financing: Cherry and CareCredit. These options provide our patients with flexible payment plans to help cover the cost of their treatments.

Cherry offers a seamless financial experience, allowing patients to split their payments into manageable installments over time. With its user-friendly interface, patients can easily set up automatic payments and track their balances.
CareCredit is another excellent financing option we offer, specifically designed for healthcare expenses. Patients can apply online or in our office, and if approved, they can use this credit line exclusively for medical services.

Scheduling Policy

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding appointment changes. To ensure we can assist you effectively, we request a notice of at least 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation without this advanced notice, a fee of $100.00 per hour scheduled will be applied without exception.

We appreciate your cooperation and value your time. If you need to make any adjustments to your appointment, please reach out to us as early as possible. Our office hours are Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we are here to assist you with any concerns or scheduling changes you may have. Initial Examination

During your initial exam, which will take about 1.5 hours:

We will ask about your oral hygiene and health concerns
We will educate you on dental care
Our dental hygienist will clean your teeth
Dr. Agarwal will examine your mouth and provide treatment recommendations.

Dental Insurance

We strive to provide you with a hassle-free experience by helping you get the most out of your coverage.

We work with selected insurance providers.
We will assist you in billing your insurance provider if we are not in network with them.
